History

The street-front section (secondary unit) was built around 1910, with stone walls and a foundation. In 1996, the owners renovated and converted the old building, establishing office functions and adding an attic above this section. In 2008, the attic was also converted into office space.

Middle Left

The ceiling is reinforced concrete throughout, with original wooden beams preserved for style. The facade has pebble-dash plaster; windows and doors are partly wooden and partly plastic, all with insulated glazing.

Bottom Right

The rear ground floor and attic sections (main unit) were built in 1987, serving as residential space, the structure has brick walls. The house has a central gas-fired radiator heating system and one built-in fireplace in the living area. Hot water is provided by two electric boilers, and by a gas boiler in the office and pool areas. There are three gas boilers in total. Several air-conditioning units are installed: a central ducted system in the residential area and a split unit in the living room. A heated swimming pool with brick walls was built in 2003. The terrace was built in 2005, along with a wooden-structure living room that serves as a conservatory. The entire roof was re-shingled in summer 2014.
